On July 31, 2026, my Patreon page officially closed, and I’ve stepped away from all forms of direct viewer-supported funding.
When the channel was growing rapidly a few years ago, I hoped Patreon might eventually help me turn this hobby into something more. But as life became busier, I realized that managing a subscription platform wasn’t the right fit for me. More than anything, it created self-imposed pressure that made it harder to simply enjoy creating videos.
I still plan to keep making videos, but my free time is much more limited these days. Stepping away from Patreon has allowed me to enjoy creating at my own pace again, treating the channel as what it has always been at heart—a fun, low-stress hobby that I hope to enjoy for many years to come.
If you’d still like to support the channel, the best way to do so is simply by watching the videos, leaving a comment, clicking like if you enjoyed them, or sharing them with someone who appreciates retro hardware. Those simple things genuinely help the channel grow, and they mean a great deal to me.
